At Lotus Haven Beauty, we to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Once your order is placed, you can expect prompt processing and shipping, with tracking information provided for your convenience.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by high‑volume periods, carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Due to the nature of health and beauty products, all sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
